- Prepare detailed incident reports for any security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and employees, addressing their inquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents to ensure swift resolution and safety.
