Job description / Role
– The Receptionist (Temporary) is responsible for managing the front desk operations of the organization.
– This includes greeting and directing visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing a variety of clerical duties.
Requirements:
– Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) as a receptionist/office admin, or similar role in the UAE
– Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications & Google Docs, computers, and other office equipment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Professional demeanour and appearance, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
