- Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for executives, ensuring optimal time allocation and efficiency.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly, maintaining clear records for tracking.
- Utilize office management software to update and maintain client databases and contact lists accurately.
- Coordinate and support logistical arrangements for meetings and events, including catering and audiovisual needs.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, showcasing strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in hospitality or business administration is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with office management software and Microsoft Office Suite to enhance productivity.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
