Job Description:
As a Marketing Manager at VIRSAT, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our groundbreaking VR safety training solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
– Conduct market research to identify target industries, analyse market trends, and understand customer needs.
– Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

Digital Marketing:
– Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
– Optimize website and landing pages to improve user experience and drive conversions.
– Manage and analyse digital marketing campaigns to measure ROI and optimize performance.

Content Marketing:
– Develop high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, and case studies, to educate and engage the target audience.
– Create compelling video content showcasing the benefits of VR safety training.

Event Marketing:
– Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and build brand awareness.
– Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor selection, and attendee management.

Public Relations:
– Develop and implement a PR strategy to increase media coverage and build positive brand reputation.
– Manage media relations and crisis communications.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Experience in marketing, preferably in the technology/technical, or education industry.
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing 1 channels and tools.
– Excellent analytical skills and ability to measure marketing ROI.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
